✨ Yin to Yang Summer Workshop ✨

Take some time this summer to reconnect with yourself through a beautiful balance of stillness, movement & deep rest.

Join me for a 2.5-hour Yin to Yang Workshop, designed to leave you feeling grounded, energised and restored.

🌿 What to expect:
• 1 hour of nourishing Yin Yoga
• 1 hour of an energising summer flow
• 30 minutes of rejuvenating Yoga Nidra

✨ Slow down, create space in the body and mind, awaken your energy through an uplifting flow, then settle into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind and integrate the practice.

A deeply restful practice designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm.

No yoga experience is needed, and all equipment is provided. Simply come as you are, dress comfortably, and allow yourself to be supported.

Finish your week right - relax, release tension and recharge with a gentle restorative yoga practice. Encouraging you to slow down, breathe deeply and take some time out for yourself.

Restorative is the most passive form of yoga, designed for stress reduction and releasing built up tension in the body and mind. We use a number of props to help support the poses as we hold them for longer (between 5-12 mins). This is a fully guided practice, with all equipment provided.

Suitable for complete beginners and practiced yogis alike.

Still a few spaces available for this fantastic Mindfulness Workshop by accredited Psychological Therapist Angela Ramsay.

A workshop designed to help you step out of autopilot, reconnect with the present moment, and discover simple practices for greater awareness and wellbeing.

This 90-minute introductory workshop offers a relaxed, welcoming space to gain an understanding of mindfulness and explore simple practices that help you become more present, aware, and tuned in to your experience.

Through guided exercises and core meditations—including mindfulness of the breath, light mindful movement, everyday mindful awareness and a body scan—you'll have the opportunity to engage in mindfulness first-hand.

Whether you're completely new to mindfulness or simply looking for a moment to slow down, this is an opportunity to step out of autopilot and into the present moment.

Angela is an accredited psychological therapist who also specialises in mindfulness and is registered with the Mindfulness Teachers Association.

Tonight, we had our Moving and Meditating for Action in Mind Stirling class at ! Those who joined were led through a gentle beginners practice by the wonderful and then enjoyed cups of tea and chit chat! Thank you to Andriani, the Yoga tree Studio and to everyone who came along this evening!
