π§ Three Reasons Your Child Should Try Climbingβ¦
1οΈβ£ It gets them moving. Climbing helps develop strength, balance and coordination while theyβre having fun.
2οΈβ£ It gets them thinking. Theyβll need to work out routes, make decisions and figure out their next move.
3οΈβ£ It gives them a sense of achievement. Making it higher than last time or even reaching the top for the first time is a great confidence boost.
π And thereβs no need to commit to a course!
πOur Come & Try Climbing sessions at The PEAK Stirling are available as one-off Saturday Give It a Go sessions, bookable one week in advance.
π§ 5β7 years: 45 minutes | Β£7.50
π§ 8β15 years: 1 hour | Β£8
π
Just book a session when it suits you and let them give climbing a try!
π If they love it? They can do the same the following week.....or they can join our main climbing programme.

πββοΈ "They can already swim, so why keep going?"
β³ Here's something most parents don't realise.
π Swimming skills can fade fast if kids stop practicing.
π§ One term of lessons at five doesn't carry them to fifteen.
1οΈβ£ Without regular practice, water confidence quietly slips away. Keeping lessons going protects the progress you've already paid for.
2οΈβ£ It's one guaranteed screen free hour every single week. No tablets, no phones, just movement.
3οΈβ£ Better coordination and core strength don't stay in the pool. They show up on the football pitch, the climbing wall, even just carrying the shopping in.
π Our qualified coaches follow Scottish Swimming's National Learn to Swim Framework, so nothing your child's learned goes to waste.
π We run learn to swim lessons across five different locations in Stirling, so it's easy to keep the momentum going.
π We were finalists in Scottish Swimming's Learn to Swim Provider of the Year Award, and we'd love your child to be part of that story too.
