Getting a comprehensive Look at how you move is extremely valuable for long term progression. We can often get caught up in a short term view of golf.
What if you looked at it over a 18 month period not next weeks medal. I’m trying to do that with my business, a golfer should be no different. Invest in a long term plan , have goals along the way and do the work.
You will have ups and downs throughout that time but the overall trend will be in the right direction.
Nice getting out with watching the patterns on the course is unmatched . No data will ever beat seeing how a golfer goes about their business.
calling all those that cast/scoop. There is a great tool to help you feel better wrist angles down into impact . This will help with compression, low point and potentially distance .
Changing the sequence for Paul. Poor contact , extremely punishing miss off the tee down to some sequence and spinning issues. Miles better , much clearer understanding of how to make required changes .
Added some serious distance during the session 30+ yds. It’s not always speed but dynamics and delivery characteristics. We had some AoA issues, along with loft delivery. This was creating upwards of 4000rpm and killing distance. Some work to be done but change in the miss added yardage and maybe a new driver soon to top it all off. 😉
don’t try to pin your trail elbow to the side in the backswing, it will cause more issues than it fixes. Learn the proper movement and train it correctly.
