One of the biggest things holding you back is your own beliefs. The belief that you’re stuck, or that this is just the way things are/have always been.

Yeah it might be how they are now, but they don’t have to stay that way!

Once you start proving to yourself that you can do hard things (like stick to a workout routine) you start to believe that you can do anything - because you’re creating evidence 🫶🏼

𝘞𝘩𝘰 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘦?! When Michaela reached out to me she had not long become mum to baby number 2 and was ready to get fit & healthy.

Harriet is the prime example of staying consistent even while things aren’t optimal. After a couple hospital stints during the first half of the year she could’ve easily said “now isn’t the right time” but she didn’t!

We adapted the plan & made sure she was doing what she could, when she could….

& she bloody smashed it.

3kg down & a nice tidy up completed

This is seriously tasty, simple & high protein.

Dice your chicken (I used 245g uncooked) & season with a sprinkle of cayenne & garlic powder.

Mix together all ingredients shown on slide 2, then pour half onto the chicken & mix to coat.

Air fry at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, brushing more of the mix onto the chicken every 5 minutes, but leave some to top everything with!

I served with basmati rice & some brocolli.

Reminder that all amounts can be changed to suit your macros 🫶🏼

Nah this one is INSANE 🤯 Ashley was so out of her comfort zone that she almost cancelled the shoot on the day. She’d picked a bold look and was terrified…

And just LOOK AT HER 😍
