Great roller skating session for 20 members of Oulton Cougars Rounders Team! Some moves were busted and lots of laughs were had!

We don't just play rounders! Great social evening painting highland cows. A very talented group!

Another special Cougar lady celebrated a big birthday recently. Today we were able to celebrate with our lovely Ambler and wish her a very Happy 50th Birthday. 🥳🎉🎂🥰⚾⚾ # # #

This evening the Reds played their first league game. We were away to the lovely Birkenshaw ladies over at the grounds of Tong High School.
First innings we were losing.Towards the end of the 2nd innings we thought we had just lost out as it was so close. Then Jen came into bat and she managed a full rounder.💪🥳⚾⚾
Laura was then last in to bat and she placed it beautifully, far and wide scoring our last full rounder. What an ending to a really great match.💪⚾😊
Final score was a draw 9-9 and Laura who played her first ever league game was awarded the POM, very well deserved Laura. 👏👏👏

Today marks the start of the West Yorkshire Rounders Summer League and this season both Cougar teams will be playing out is out.

Sadly our first Reds game was postponed but we were able to organise a friendly with the lovely ladies from Birkenshaw.
The rain held off and it was great to be back playing. We were loosing in the 1st innings but came back stronger in 2nd innings and actually went onto win. 👏👏

The Blacks have their first match this week too, Good Luck ladies. Go and smash it💪⚾🖤
