📢 Small Pool Update

We're pleased to confirm that we are able to accommodate all swimming lessons scheduled for this evening.

✅ All lessons will go ahead as normal from 4pm.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the recent disruption and would like to thank everyone for your patience and understanding.

🚨 Small Pool Closure Update and Sunday 20th Main Pool🚨

Unfortunately, our small pool remains closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Sunday 20th September:
Stage 1, 2 and 3 swimming lessons have been cancelled.
Stage 4, 5 and 6 swimming lessons will still take place as normal.
Our Main Pool will be closed to the public from 12 noon due to a Swimming Gala

Monday Morning:
Adult & Child and Pre-School lessons have been cancelled.
Adult lessons will be temporarily relocated to the main pool.

Monday Afternoon:
At this stage, we are unable to confirm whether lessons will go ahead. We are hoping to have a clearer timeframe for reopening and will aim to either confirm or cancel Monday afternoon lessons by 1:00pm latest on Monday.

For any cancelled lessons, once confirmed you should receive an email and we will also try to contact you by phone where possible.

We will be reviewing refunds in line with our Terms & Conditions and will be working behind the scenes to identify any memberships that may be eligible.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and disruption this has caused, and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the issue.

🏊 Reminder: Your swimming lesson membership includes free entry to General Swim sessions at our other pool sites, so you may wish to take advantage of this while our small pool remains closed.

We're pleased to let everyone know that our main pool will reopen from tomorrow morning following its closure yesterday and throughout today.
