Big day in Leeds for Kinematic founder & coach Amelia, who has just taken 3rd female overall at IRONMAN Leeds! 🥉

180km Bike / 2500m elevation - 5 hours 36 💨
Marathon / 455m elevation - 3 hours 43

What a buzz!

Ironman training takes over your life and Amelia has put everything she can into a solid 9 weeks of consistent training and it was so worth it 🧡🖤

With an unfortunate cancellation of the swim, Amelia got to work on the bike where she got the fastest female bike split and held on for dear life in the marathon to get a spot on that podium 🥉

A massive result against an incredibly strong field, and one that shows just how much hard work, consistency and belief goes into the Kinematic approach!! Watch out for what’s next… 👀

💥 KINEMATIC 400 CLUB 💥

4 weeks of movement, pushing your limits, staying accountable and getting stuck into a whole load of challenges — with the aim of earning 100 points every week to put yourself in with a chance of winning some prizes… and, of course, being crowned THE 400 CLUB CHAMP! 👑

But this isn’t your usual “get fit” challenge…

If you saw the creativity (and chaos 😂) of our Tour de Kinematic challenge, you better believe we’ll be bringing some of that energy into the weekly challenges too. 😉

Expect movement. Expect accountability. Expect a few things that might push you outside your comfort zone. And definitely expect some fun along the way.
