We also offer mental support to those whose battles are not physical with our in house therapist.

The gym was built from a genuine love of helping people and supporting our community. We support our members and give them confidence to become happier and healthier.

Hi everyone, I’m David, the owner of Inspired Gym.

We’re not a big national chain or a corporate gym. We’re a small, family-owned independent gym that’s incredibly proud to be part of the Standish community.

From day one, we wanted Inspired Gym to be about more than just weights and treadmills. We wanted to create a place where everyone feels welcome—whether you’re taking your first steps towards getting fit, training for a competition, or simply looking after your health.

What makes us different is what happens beyond the gym walls.

Through our work with Brighter Futures Youth Project, we’re passionate about helping young people build confidence, resilience and healthier lifestyles through fitness. Every membership helps us continue that mission and supports opportunities for local young people who need positive role models and safe places to grow.

Our memberships are designed to be affordable because we believe fitness should be accessible to everyone.
