I'm having a fantastic time at the Deyin Institute's Summer Retreat at Lilleshall National Centre. So many wonderful people learning so much about Tai Chi and Qigong with Masters Faye and Tary and many other senior instructors
For the next two Wednesdays... 9th and 16th March, we're moving the class to Rising Brook Baptist Church.

With the school closed tonight, it looks like we'll be back up and running from the fifth of January (rules allowing and ask that )
