💥 TAG TEAM BJJ GAME 💥
One of our favourite games here at Nebula is getting our kids sparring with coaches in a 2 vs 1 format.
Two brothers, Finley (10) and Ozzy (8) take on head instructor, black belt .jonesbjj to test their skills in a fun way against a trusted opponent
Game rules:
☑️ 3-minute rounds.
☑️ Teammates can tag in at any point.
☑️ Tags only count by touching palm of hand and soles of feet.
☑️ Kids must work as a team to attack with constant movement.
Coach notes:
✅️ Start slow and allow the tag team to develop confidence in the first minute.
✅️ When things slow down, take the lead and engage in active attacks that create problem solving scenarios (i.e. triangle traps/armbars).
✅️ Use verbal instruction during rolls to highlight mistakes and things they may miss.
✅️ Keep it playful but realistic for their development and skill acquisition.

With summer leave coming to an end this is our first reminder that BJJ training will resume on Wednesday the 2nd of September 2026 at Stafford M.O.D Barracks at 15:00 gym 2. This is open to all military pass holders from all regaments. All Army and R.A.F are welcome with the full support of your commanding officers.
Our goal is the form a BJJ competion team to represent the BRITISH ARMY and ROYAL AIR FORCE. These sessions are completely free to all military personel along with extra sessions at NEBULA Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Stafford UK.
