Currently running outdoor classes in Clarence Park. 10:30am every Thursday now through to the winter 2024. £7 per class. Meet near Verdis. Mixture of Qi Gong and Tai Chi fundamentals and some of the Yang 24 Form. Very informal and no previous experience necessary. Contact nigel on 07941045811 (text, call or whatsapp).
