🏓 HERTS PICKLEBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026 🏆

Entries are now open for the Herts Pickleball Championships 2026, but don’t leave it too late. Entries close on 31st August 2026.

📍 Who is eligible?
Players must be born in Hertfordshire, currently live in Hertfordshire, or play in a Herts Pickleball League.

🏆 Categories:
• Open
• Over 50s
• Over 60s

Each age category includes:
• Singles
• Level doubles
• Mixed doubles

💷 £15 per event
Players can enter a maximum of three events.

🏓 At least two matches guaranteed in each event.

📅 Semi Finals and Finals Day:
6th December 2026

🏓🏆 SHARP had a brilliant week at the English Open 2026 at the NEC Birmingham!

With more than 3,000 players competing across 60 courts, our SHARP players stepped up and delivered some outstanding results. 💪🔥

🥇 Kay, Gold in Women’s Doubles 3.5 70+
🥈 Marion, Silver in Women’s Doubles 3.5 70+
🥈 Wendy, Silver in Women’s Doubles 4.0 65+
🥈 Bryan, Silver in Mixed 4.0 50+
🥉 Kay and Nick, Bronze in Mixed Doubles 4.0 70+
🥉 Sue, Bronze in Singles 3.5 60
🥉 Tommy, Bronze in Singles 4.0 35+
🥇 Bhanu, Gold in Mixed 4.5 35+

👏 There were also some fantastic semi final, quarter final and knockout stage runs across multiple categories.

🏆 A special well done to Marion for retaining her 70+ singles title. An amazing achievement!

What a weekend for SHARP Pickleball 👍

Never mind the 250th Independence Celebrations in the USA, we had our own celebrations over here in Stroud.

Congratulations go to the SEnPL team who were in the top bracket of the Nationals and finished ranked 8th in the country - what an outstanding achievement.

Well done Captain Fantastic Tim for guiding and encouraging the team to a phenomenal feat and remarkable accomplishment.
