Reminder gym is now closed for 2 weeks!

‼️ Reminder ‼️

This week is our last full week of training then we are having a break of 2 weeks.

Gym is closed from the 24th August back open week of 7th September.

We will be having a rejig of classes etc while we are away to even out numbers & make it more consistent for all.

Training is about quality & consistency without it there is no progression.
Thank you all for baring with while we navigated moving to our own gym, we now need to make the classes more beneficial and balanced for you all to get maximum improvements.

🥊Throwback🥊

A year ago today was our first class!! 🥊

There has been a few faces come & go and we have moved venues a few times, but now in our own gym & a few faces still remain that have been with us since the beginning.

Onwards & upwards to the next year!!
