✨ MHC-X is back! 💥
Dawn is showcasing our newly renovated MHC-X Studio, and we’re excited to announce that MHC-X classes have officially recommenced! 🙌
📲 Book your classes now via the FitSense app under the MHC-X section.
A few important updates:
✅ Senior Circuit has now been replaced by MHC-Senior.
✅ Spinning classes now take place in the Cardio Cage area, giving us the opportunity to introduce even more classes in the future while also creating additional capacity in our original studio.
✅ When classes aren’t scheduled, the MHC-X Studio is available for general member use.
📅 This timetable will run until 6th September.
🚀 From 7th September, we’ll be launching our brand-new timetable, including:
💪 MHC-S&C (Strength & Conditioning)
🏆 A brand-new Simulation Competition Class every Saturday morning.
More details on these exciting new classes will be announced over the coming weeks, so keep an eye on our socials! 👀

🎀🎀🎀 Today, at 3:00pm, we will be observing a 3-minute silence.
We pause to remember Alice, Bebe and Elsie Dot, and everyone whose lives were forever changed by the tragic events of 29th July.
As a community, we stand together in remembrance, reflection and support for all those affected.
Thank you to our members and visitors for joining us in taking this moment to honour their memory. 🕊️💕

🚴♀️🏃♀️ Lakesman Event
What an incredible achievement from three of our Marshside Health Club members!
A huge congratulations to Megan Hyland, Fiona Sharp, and Victoria Lea, who successfully completed the Lakesman Half Triathlon 2026 — one of the UK’s most challenging endurance events, set against the stunning backdrop of Cumbria’s breathtaking scenery.
Taking on a demanding swim, cycle, and run course, they showed incredible determination, resilience, and commitment from start to finish. Their hard work, dedication, and months of preparation have truly paid off, and they should be immensely proud of this fantastic achievement.
Everyone at Marshside Health Club is delighted to celebrate this success. You are an inspiration to our members and a brilliant example of what can be achieved through perseverance, passion, and dedication.

💛 Wear Yellow for Bebe 💛
On Wednesday 20th May, we’re proud to be supporting Bebe’s Hive and taking part in their annual “Wear Yellow for Bebe” day.
We’d love all of our members to join us by wearing something yellow to the club to help raise awareness and show support for such an amazing cause. 💛
Some of our team will be wearing official Bebe’s Hive t-shirts, and we’ll also have a donation bucket available at reception for anyone who would like to contribute.
Let’s come together as a community, fill the club with yellow, and support children and families affected by bereavement. 🐝✨
