As you all know this Sunday marks remembrance sunday, as a mark of respect and a tradition as a family, I shall be closing the gym for the Thai boxing class, so I can pay respect for those who thought for our country. I will be heading down to memorial park, Wickford, for around 10.30am if anyone would like to join us.
I will be running a open mat from 2pm which will be free for anyone who wishes to come down to train whether your a member or not. Anyone is more than welcome to come and train or have a look and see what we are about.
All ages welcome.

Hello all update, hope everyone is good and well and have been active during this lockdown period.
Unfortunately Steve will no longer be be able to continue teaching due to deteriorating ongoing health issues linked to his brain injury.
Instead we have Frankie and Joe taking the Raine's for up and coming sessions. Watch this space for updates over next few days.
