I proudly served in the British Army for 6 years and the core values they taught me there, I try to carry with me every day.

They have helped me not only in day-to-day life but also in my training and my professional career.

If you want a coach who can help instil these values and commit to helping you become the best version of yourself, physically and mentally, get in touch!

🔸Courage – Being strong both physically and mentally to carry out your task. Having the courage of your convictions, when others may not understand you will know that all the hard work will pay off.

🔸Discipline – Discipline is the single most common trait in successful people. Learn to become disciplined and everything else will fall into place.

🔸Respect for Others – You must show respect for other people and while not always applicable in the fitness world this does include gym etiquette, I suppose. But a good value to have none the less, be kind!

🔸Integrity – Be honest with yourself, no one knows how hard you have worked apart from yourself. If you can try harder, do it, not because someone’s watching but because you are doing this for yourself.

🔸Loyalty – Loyalty can be looked at as staying loyal to yourself, loyal to your progress and your journey and also to your coach. A coach can only guide you to make the right decisions.

🔸Selfless-Commitment - Fitness is not only about being physically fit. It includes our mental health, our ability to play with our kids or grandchildren, our ability to live longer and healthier lives where we can move and interact with others. Its about living a healthy life for you and those around you.

Are you ready to make a change?

I am an online fitness coach helping busy parents regain their fitness, lose fat and build muscle.

I started coaching when I left the Army because I wanted to show people that living a healthy life doesn’t have to be about restricting your favourite foods or going to the gym 7 days a week.

I quickly found that my clients really struggled with knowing exactly what they should be doing when it comes to exercise and like so many people you see at the gym, they do not have a proper plan that they follow in order to achieve their goals.

I've recently launched my coaching program, where in 90 days or less you will:

🏋️‍♂️ Get stronger in the gym and learn to follow a personalised training program.

🔥 Look and FEEL better than ever

😍 Build serious inner CONFIDENCE

Since starting coaching, I’ve been lucky enough to help 100’s of men and women achieve just that.

I’m currently looking to work with a few more people.

So if you:

🔥Want to make a positive change to your mindset & physique

🔥 Have 3 hours or more each week you can commit to exercise & tracking your nutrition

🔥 Are coachable and willing to learn

- How it started vs. How it's going

Where it all began...

Way back when I joined the Army, I was an enthusiastic gym-goer, but in all honestly I didn’t have an in-depth knowledge of how to train as efficiently as I could have.

But being in the Army and training everyday gave me the passion and the thirst for knowledge that has stayed with me up to this very today.

Learning how to structure training programs and really get as much productivity out of your training as possible, is my main goal and the reason I love my job.

If you want more information on training programs tailored to your very own needs, send me a DM or visit my website for more info – link in Bio 🔗

What are your goals for September?🤔

Here are 6️⃣ reasons why setting goals is important.

1. Goals Give You Focus

Without a goal, your efforts can become disjointed and often confusing.

2. Goals Help You Measure Progress

Being able to keep track of your progress toward achieving a goal is only possible if you set one in the first place.

Being able to measure progress is extremely rewarding and will help you maintain focus, keep your head held high and your energy up. It will also keep you from getting down.

3. Goals Help You Stay Motivated

It’s easy to put off work until tomorrow when there is no goal on the line.

4. They Help You Beat Procrastination

Procrastination is something we all battle from time-to-time, myself included. However, when you set goals in life, specific goals for what you want to achieve, it helps you understand that procrastination is dangerous.

It is wasted time. It is another day you aren’t moving closer to that goal.

5. You Achieve Even More

When you set a goal and reach it, it gives you the taste of victory. You will want to taste that again.

What does that mean? You push yourself towards the next rung of the ladder, challenge yourself to move past another ceiling, you achieve even more.

Working towards meeting and surprising goals help you achieve way more than you ever thought possible.

6. Goals Help You Determine What You Want In Life

The act of setting goals forces you to contemplate what you truly want out of life.

Once you set this end goal, you then break your desires down into attainable, measurable goals.

These goals keep you motivated, helping you avoid procrastination and keeping you laser-focused on achieving your dreams. It is, therefore, the act of setting, achieving and surpassing goals that make living your best life possible.

I hope this helps you set out goals for this coming month.👍
