Tomorrow, we start our new season with our first training session at the Garons 5aSide Centre

🦁⚽️ Can you please ensure you are ready for your session on time. As this means we can maximise the amount of training you get.

🦁⚽️ If you are in the second session, you will not be able to play on the pitch before your training. There is a grass pitch behind which you can use to warm up.

🦁⚽️ If you can not make training, please let your coaching team know and a reason why. This season, we are only going to pick players who commit to the team. This is to ensure fairness throughout the squad.

🦁⚽️ Please make sure you are ready for a warm-up. This is still part of training and is beneficial for when you move into the main parts of training.

🦁⚽️ Please make sure you have shin pads for training where possible. This is good practice and minimises the risk of injury.

🦁⚽️ Please remove any jewellery or bling. Save this for your social lives and not football.

Simon will be taking new pictures for the season tomorrow, so where possible can you attend in a Lions shirt. Also, if you can not find the Garons 5aSide Centre
pitches a member of the coaching team will be there to show you the way.
