Kids BJJ 5-6pm class.
I have sneakily been pushing the kids that little bit harder to prep them for the up coming competition season, and their progress is incredible!!
Two very well deserved stripes from a brilliant brother and sister today.
I’m so proud of how well these kids are doing.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of teaching at the BJJ Globetrotters Austria family camp.
Two adults classes and one kids class.
It was an honour to be invited to teach and the world known camp brand at one of their many world wide camps.

Last week we had some very well deserved stripes in the older kids class.
The progress these kids are making is brilliant and I think every parent in the room enjoys watching how much fun these kids have in training and sparring.
Well done everyone!
Kids BJJ every Thursday
Ages 4-8 years - 4-5pm
Ages 9+ years - 5-6pm

When we have odd numbers in sparring, I get involved too. It’s a great way to pressure test the kids to see who can remember what we learnt in the class.
This is the plder class at every Thursday 5pm.
Excellent classes today.
The little ones worked on their double leg takedowns and the older kids worked on the single leg takedown.
Well done to everyone who got stripes today. Everyone is doing incredibly well and makes me very proud of this awesome little team that’s building here.

The under hook game!!
As much as this game is tonnes of fun, it’s a really useful tool to teach kids how to pummel and gain control of their partner, ready for a takedown.
Another tool is teaching them to be more offensive and less defensive.
We play this in both classes
4-8 years 4pm
9 years+ 5pm every Thursday.

These classes are always fun and I add jiu jitsu games that enhance the children’s muscle memory to help them learn.
