Pilates classes in the heart of Southbourne The studio is designed for 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, as well as small group mat Pilates classes (up to 5 people).

Sobo Pilates (formerly Gilates) is a boutique studio offering Reformer Pilates and Personal Training in an intimate, welcoming space. In addition to studio sessions, I also run weekly Pilates classes in Southbourne, including Beach Pilates, Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Pilates. The Sobo Pilates On Demand library allows you to do Pilates whenever and wherever you want.

A little thank you to the most incredible summer of Mum & Baby Pilates (& the first year of our outdoor classes!) 🌳 💛

☀️ What a summer we’ve had! A heatwave, sunshine filled Wednesday mornings, Pilates by the river, coffee, chats, cuddly babies and so many lovely new friendships.

Thank you to every mum who joined me and helped create this lovely community 🙏🏻 🧘🏻‍♀️

👶🏻 And special thanks to my little sidekick Roo, who has thankfully been a dream… Pilates boy in the making 🤸🏻
