๐ฅ Session 3 of Our 10-Week Self-Defence Course Is Here โ And Itโs Not Too Late To Join!
Weโre continuing to build practical skills, confidence, and awareness at SKMA Martial Arts with Session 3 of our 10-week Self-Defence Course this week.
Missed the first couple of sessions? No problem โ you can still join us! Each session is designed to build valuable real-world skills, and youโll be able to get involved straight away in a friendly and supportive environment.
Throughout the course, Chief Instructor Sean will cover essential areas including:

Conflict avoidance and de-escalation

Practical self-defence techniques

Building confidence under pressure
The course is open to everyone aged 13+, including both men and women, and no previous martial arts experience is required.
Non-members are welcome for just ยฃ10 per session โ no uniform needed and no long-term commitment. Just come along ready to learn.
