Another member has joined the 500 Club! 🙌
The impressive part? Izzie has only been with us for 2½ years! 💪
Not only has she shown incredible consistency in her training, but she's also become a huge part of our community. Whether she's helping organise socials for the ladies, chatting to other members, or contributing ideas as a member of our Member Council, you can rely on Izzie to get involved in everything we do!

We know what you're thinking.
I'm not fit enough.
What if I can't do the movements.
It looks really intimidating.

Trust us. We've heard it all before.
Some of our coaches even had the same thoughts before they started.
Nobody starts knowing what they're doing. So if you're waiting for the 'right time' to begin, it probably doesn't exist.
If you're new to CrossFit, or never set foot in a gym before, don't worry - our new member pathway will have you moving in no time. With regular check-ins and support from our coaches (as well as fellow members) you'll be guided every step of the way.
The hardest bit is walking through the door. Only you can do that.

1,603 WOD attendances across the community last month. The work doesn't stop.

Shoutout to everyone who hit a PB in June 💪
Snatches, deadlifts, front squats, power cleans… the board has been busy and it's brilliant to see so many names up there.
Whether your name is up there or not, showing up and putting the effort in is just as important. That consistency is what leads to progress over time.
And remember, a PB isn't always a big lift or a fast time.
It might be your first kipping pull-up, your first 100kg deadlift, or just a small jump on a lift you've been grinding away at.
Those moments matter just as much.
July is a fresh month and a chance to build again.

We want to wish Coach Will and his partner Em a huge good luck as they take on a 2.4km open water swim 🏊 this Saturday!
Together they will be braving the chilly sea temperatures and open water conditions to swim from Bournemouth Pier to Boscombe Pier. All in support of the British Heart Foundation ❤️ A cause particularly close to home, as Em underwent life-changing open-heart surgery as a child to repair a serious heart defect. Thanks to the care she received and the advances made through cardiac research, she has been able to live a healthy, active life.

We are absolutely buzzing that member Dave Carpenter is heading to the Adaptive CrossFit Games Finals in California this July! 🤩
An incredible achievement, and we couldn't be prouder.
Dave has worked unbelievably hard to get to this point, overcoming setbacks and challenges that would have stopped many people in their tracks. While workouts may be adapted for his category, they don't always account for his specific physical challenges, making what he has achieved even more remarkable. 💪
Since joining our gym, Dave has had a huge impact on our community. He reminds us every day that excuses don't get results - showing up does. Effort is everything, and Dave brings it in bucketloads.
More importantly, Dave embodies everything we value as a community: resilience, consistency, humility, and encouragement. Whether it's a fist bump, a word of support, or simply leading by example 🌟
When Dave steps onto the competition floor in California, he won't just be representing himself. He'll be representing our box, our community, and everyone who has shared a class, a cheer, or a fist bump along the way. ❤️
