Consistency
Progression in Kung Fu and Sanda isn’t built in the moments you feel strong it’s built in the moments you show up when not feeling not on top form .
Standard training isn’t glamorous. It’s the same stances, the same combinations, the same forms again and again. But that repetition is where the real change happens.
Commitment and determination are what carry you through the sessions where you’re tired, unmotivated, or just not feeling it. Show up anyway. Practice it anyway. That’s where progress lives.
See you in your next class . I can’t wait - Shifu Martine Niven
