This week, our focus was on Sanda takedown techniques and partner drills. It was fantastic to see everyone working hard, improving their timing, balance, and control.
Every training session builds confidence, skill, and discipline. The progress everyone is making is incredible, and we're proud of the effort being put in by every student.
