👀 Watch Week is almost here! 🤸‍♀️💛

From 20th–25th July, we’re excited to welcome parents and carers into the gym to see what our recreational gymnasts have been working so hard on! 💪✨

You’ll be invited into your child’s class after their warm-up to watch their rotations before they finish with their cool down as normal.

To help keep everyone safe and ensure the session runs smoothly, please take a moment to read the information on the poster, including:
⭐ No photos or videos
⭐ Phones on silent
⭐ No food or drinks in the gym
⭐ No peanuts or nuts on the day
⭐ Shoes off before entering the gym

Please also note: The club will be closed for the summer break from 26th July – 9th August, with classes returning on 10th August. Don’t forget to check out our summer holiday classes, which can be booked via your LoveAdmin account.

Our Gym Go gymnasts participate independently, without their grown up. Our friendly coaches work closely with families to support a smooth, positive introduction so every gymnast feels comfortable, confident, and ready to thrive.

In Gym Go, gymnasts will:

🤸 Take part in fun themed gymnastics circuits
🌟 Build confidence through independent learning
👫 Grow social skills and learn to work with others

Our Gym Grow parent-and-child classes are designed for young gymnasts (2-3 Years) who are ready to build on their confidence and develop fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun, supportive environment. 💚

A huge congratulations to our Senior Display Team, who have been selected by British Gymnastics to perform at the medal ceremonies for the Acrobatic, Aerobic, and Rhythmic British Championships 2026! 🌟 Out of display teams from across the UK, our team was chosen for this incredible honour—a fantastic achievement that reflects the dedication, talent, and hard work of every gymnast and coach involved. We couldn't be prouder of these amazing girls and what this means for our club. We can't wait to watch you shine on such a prestigious stage. Good luck—we know you'll be incredible! 🤸✨

Our Gymnastics Stay & Play Sessions are all about freedom and fun! These unstructured, themed gymnastics play sessions allow preschoolers to move and play with their parent/carers, while a coach supervises to keep the space safe. Each session will see exciting new set ups for the children to explore - it is a new adventure every time! Our Gymnastics Stay and Play sessions are also a great way to meet other parents and little ones!

We can’t wait to welcome you into the gym! 🤸‍♂️

Price: £6.50 per child + £0.30 transaction fee (Non-waking siblings are FREE)

Our Gym Start parent-and-child sessions are a fantastic way to introduce your child to the world of gymnastics through fun, play, and exploration. Together, you'll climb, balance, bounce, crawl, and navigate exciting obstacle courses, helping to build confidence, coordination, strength, and essential movement skills—all while making special memories together. 💛
