What a fantastic Wednesday night. It was tag team time tonight at our advanced preparation class working on double team moves and team finishing moves with Keano and Kris Kay. A very enjoyable class with some really good work on show.

A tremendous basics class tonight. Lots of hard work put in by everyone. Great to see some returning faces and a big thanks to Warhead Kingsley for lending a hand.

It was also amazing to see newly crowned Kapowerhouse Pro Wrestling Academy champion TJ Gunner coming in to his second home fresh of his big win yesterday.

Almost 3 years to the day — on 6th September 2023 — this young lad walked through the doors of The Kapowerhouse Pro Wrestling Academy for the very first time.

Fast forward three years of constant hard work, dedication and commitment, attending multiple classes every single week without fail, and today TJ Gunner was crowned the NEW Kapowerhouse Champion! 🏆

We all believe this is only the beginning for young TJ.

With his mentors and role models already signed to the SWF/Kapow roster, he now firmly has his sights set on joining them at the Class of 2026 Awards later this year.

Behind every great young talent is a great support network, and TJ has exactly that. A wonderful family who support and back him to the moon and back, alongside a coaching team who genuinely believe in his potential.

From the very first day he walked into the Academy to becoming Kapowerhouse Champion — what a journey it has already been.
