Pilates with Erin

Join me in-person for Pilates. Classes are suitable for all levels, so everyone is welcome. Come and try your first class for free.

Develop your strength, mobility and flexibility from the comfort of your own home. The sessions end with relaxation and mindfulness to improve wellbeing and introduce a sense of calm. Class prices are £5 pay as you go or £28 for 6. Classes are Tuesday's 7 - 7:45 pm, Thursday's at 7 am, and Saturday's 9 - 9:45 am. Please send me a message to book.
