Southampton School of Tai Chi is a small organisation that aims to promote the practice of Tai Chi through various evening/day classes and workshops.We offer group classes and individual tuitions from beginners to advanced. Whether you are looking to learn Tai Chi as general health keeping exercise, or as martial art, or maybe both, we are here to provide you with high standard and in-depth training that you won't find elsewhere.
