Fair Oak Running Club

Fancy joining a supportive run club? You won’t find one more supportive then Fair Oak Running Club. Known amusingly FORCers, we are a social run club who run on a Monday and Wednesday night at 7pm but often use our group to organise other runs and even adventures - like the one pictured below. HELLO! 👋 it’s going to be another hot one this week ☀️ so we are changing start point: MONDAY 22nd June at 7pm meet at the junction between Hardings Lane and Stoke Heights for a nice shady run in the woods. 🌳 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Did you parkrun today? 5 of our members were at Itchen Valley Country Parkrun and got to meet up with local Hedge End and Lords Hill club runners who were doing a volenteers takeover. 👏

FORC on Tour ‼️ Three of our members took part in an adventure race at Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons)🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 The evening stage on day 1 was a run - so of course they ran up a (almost) mountain ⛰️ (551m tall). Well done! We enjoyed the sliding method on the way down 🤭 👏 🏃‍♀️ 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 💚

This run is a staple in Fair Oak Running clubs calendar now with such a fun social vibe and community feel. We always have so much fun 🤩 And look at those medals 🏅
