As well as our usual Monday and Wednesday runs - we often meet up for longer runs over the weekend. This one was all the way to Holden Farm Cafe ☕️ 😋

We might not have been for a run tonight but there is a FORC on Tour - this time in the Forest of Dean - looks like a cooler place for a run! 🏃‍♀️ 💚

Unlikely to be any runners this evening as a result of holidays, heat and a solar eclipse.

Tonight will start from Hardings Lane where it meets Stoke Heights so we can run in the woods 🥵 - 7pm
