💪 Great Wrestling Session Last Night for the U16 Trojans Rugby team delivered by coach Achilles 🤼‍♂️

The boys put in some serious work with intense wrestling drills, takedowns and conditioning, all designed to help them prepare for their upcoming matches and improve their skills for rugby.

Looking forward to seeing the boys back training with us again soon! 💪

🤼‍♂️ MONTHLY EXTRA WRESTLING CLASS – THIS SUNDAY! 🤼‍♀️

This Sunday, 6th September | 8:30–10:00 AM, we are back with our regular monthly extra wrestling session at Neon Wrestling Club! 🔥

This session is open to wrestlers from all gyms in the area who want to come down, get some rounds in and train and bond with fellow wrestlers from across the local community.

⚠️ Please only attend if you already have previous grappling/wrestling experience.

Come down, get on the mats, get some wrestling in and start your Sunday the right way!

We are excited to let you know that Neon will be attending the End of Summer Festival at Testlands Wellbeing Hub on Saturday 26th September! 🎉

We will have our own Neon stand at the event, giving us a great opportunity to showcase what we do at the club and introduce martial arts to local children and families.

But most importantly, we want this to be a great day out for our Neon families! 💙

There will be loads going on throughout the day, including:

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Wrestling Coach, Ahileas has officially released his first instructional with Fanatic Wrestling!

After more than 33 years on the wrestling mat and over a decade of coaching athletes of all levels, Coach Ahileas has put together the system he has developed, refined and successfully taught to beginners, competitive wrestlers, BJJ practitioners and MMA athletes.

This isn’t just a collection of techniques—it’s a complete roadmap that teaches you how to build a solid wrestling foundation using one simple system that connects everything together.

If you’ve ever trained with us, you’ll recognise many of the concepts we work on every week. Now they’re available for anyone to study in detail, anytime and anywhere.

Being invited to teach on Fanatic Wrestling is a huge achievement, and we’re incredibly proud to see our club represented on one of the biggest wrestling instructional platforms in the world.
