Ellie is currently taking part in our get photoshoot ready challenge. Ellie’s been training with me for the last few years however this last year she has grown so much! This is the first month of the Photoshoot challenge and Ellie has been on more food than usual. She’s been in a slight surplus and this has done wonders for her body because WOW! These pictures are not even a month apart! The left picture was at the challenge and the picture on the right was yesterday!!! She’s been follow a very specific macro and training split and she’s literally smashed it every day! She trains so hard and it’s really starting to show! Ellie has listened to everything we have told her to do and has followed it to a T and this is what I mean when I say trust us!!! Now it’s time to cut the body fat down to see what we’ve managed to grow underneath 😍😍😍
