£5 per ticket. Every penny raised will be donated to an amazing local charity. We had a member tell us about what this amazing school does, so we went away and had a good read up and were blown away. So after reaching out and talking through what we wanted to do for them, we can now launch our first local fundraiser for:

Lakeside supports children and young people with additional needs, helping pupils develop confidence, friendships and the skills they need for the future.

This is what our gyms are built around — supporting our members, and supporting the communities around us.

Who's coming?

We said there would be more, and this is just the start. You really do not want to miss The Summer Games at HEG and CFG. Those that know us, know we do things locally. We reinvest locally. We use local firms. Everything we do goes back into the community. So when we spotted this, it was just something we had to give to you, whilst supporting a growing LOCAL business.

We're really excited to welcome Nerva | Mens Wellness Hampshire Recovery to this year's Summer Games at Hedge End Gym AND Chandlers Ford Gym on Saturday August 1st.

As part of your Summer Games experience, NERVA will be bringing their fantastic wood-fired sauna and ice recovery baths, giving members the chance to experience contrast therapy after taking on the day's challenges.

Whether you've smashed the sled push, survived the dead hang or given everything in the Community Relay, why not finish the day by treating your body to something a little different?

Recovery is an important part of any fitness journey, and this is a fantastic opportunity to experience a recovery method used by athletes around the world—all as part of what promises to be an incredible community event.

A huge thank you to NERVA Recovery for supporting our Summer Games and helping us make the day even more special for our members and local community.

This is ALL PART OF THE DAY. We have Nerva for the full day, at both gyms, and zero charge to our members. All we ask is that firstly, you take on a challenge, secondly, make the most of it. We are investing in YOU.

Chandlers Ford, its been a blast so far, and its time to crank it up a notch 💪

This coming Saturday we are inviting you down for an Open day... Come for a tour, come to train, come and check out Chandlers Fords newest gym. Community focused, top tier equipment, 24/7 access all brought to you by an incredible, local team.

Alongside us, we've been busy building local partners with the gym and we are excited to have joining us on the day so far , and more to come. Joel will be showcasing his Chiropractor knowledge, and as local goes, the road behind us as his location is as local as it gets. We will also have Laura bringing her Sports Massage skills to you all on the day and also as a regular within CFG 🙌 We'll also have samples from and even better, for our members, you'll get exclusive discounts especially for our members.
