The lovely A smashing out their candlestick - plus, they've only had 3 sessions but they can now pull themselves into the hoop by only using a 10cm mat compared to the 40cm depth one required for their first session! That's huge progress 😍

When COVID had us doing Yoga in the woods ☯️✌🏼😄 We love nature but are also very pleased to have our lovely studio space! We are hoping to start up some Willow yoga again this year - who's in?!
