and if it’s through lack of adherence, then that’s on you to solve x
If it’s moving in the right direction on average, then that’s what matters
Control what you can and don’t stress about what you can’t
There is no point wasting time dwelling on things you can’t change, just crack on as normal
Anyway, appreciate the crack in my screen protector over my front camera for the special effects provided🫶🏻

Heading out this weekend for the game?
As your coach it’s my job to teach you how to navigate your goals and life simultaneously
I’m not telling my clients they can’t enjoy a social drink at the weekend but I’m also not going to sugar coat that your goals require compromise
This weekend will be Englands 6th game in the last few weeks, so it probably doesn’t come as a surprise if you go out and get absolutely smashed for each one and then bed rot with multiple food deliveries the following day, you’re probably not going to make much progress
It is never the glass of wine with your dinner on a Friday night after a stressful week at work, the chocolate bar you fancy in the evening or the Mr Whippy at the beach with your kids on the weekend which is the issue
It’s your mindset and subconscious labelling of food - you see it as ‘bad’ and a trigger to throw in the towel but the reality is, it’s a couple hundred calories of enjoyment, easy to navigate and really not that deep
By using this example to structure your own day, you’re still prioritising nutrition, consuming adequate protein and fuelling yourself too whilst filling your own cup being present with your pals
Soz to rain on your parade but I had to use the opportunity x
Anyway, if you need support in creating a lifestyle you love then drop me a message to find out how I can help💌

Theres a very negative stigma around bodybuilding but it saved me🩷
Not just my prep itself but the way it taught me to take care of myself. Train because I enjoy it, eat because it makes me good and live because I have a life outside of my fitness journey.
I’ve spent the last 10 months since stepping off stage with structure and intention, still prioritising my goals and life simultaneously because it does not have to be one or the other.
I know I can ‘lock in’ to the extremes when I need to but the time I spend being me and not just the bodybuilding version of myself matters just as much.
Big shoutout to anyone who invested in me as their coach in 2023 you had a lot of trust in my knowledge that I couldn’t even apply…do as I say not as I do ‘n all that, you’re in safe hands of a true leader now😂🙏🏼

Yup, this one meant a lot🥹🩵
As your coach I really do give a damn about your health and wellbeing, there is far more to it than ‘just’ a training programme and nutritional goal.
Jess and I had worked together previously a few years ago but this year she rejoined the team with one pretty big goal in mind - improve her habits & lifestyle to support her cycle.
I am most definitely not a doctor or medical professional and will never over step my boundaries but as I’ve grown in this industry I’ve noticed more and more turning a blind eye to female hormone health and just how many women are uneducated around their cycle - being completely honest if this wasn’t my job I think I’d be pretty clueless too.
It’s not uncommon for women to feel like they’re unheard in these situations. Either shoved on contraception from a young age to suppress issues without solving them and that’s that or fobbed off and left to accept it with questions still unanswered.
Sure, we can’t cure things but we can take steps to support the symptoms you experience and how that impacts your day to day life.
There is nothing wrong with having an aesthetic goal but taking care of your body should be a priority to everyone - it’s the one thing you have forever and it’ll most definitely let you know when it’s not happy.
What an absolutely incredible journey to be a small part of and I can’t wait to watch your next chapter✨
