You know the basics but are not ready for intermediate play? Then this is for you. Play with players of similar ability and learn together. £10pp. Thursday 3rd Sept 8pm-10pm. Please wear eye protection.

What level do you play at?

We run (on an ad hoc basis) 5 different Pickleball sessions.

BEGINNER: Have played little or no pickleball previously. Learn to serve, return, d**k and volley. Basic positioning and scoring.
DUPR rating: Unrated - 2.5

IMPROVER: You know the basics, but make too many mistakes, average rally is only 5/6 shots. Play with similar players to improve consistency and bring average rallies to above 10. Work on footwork and paddle control.
DUPR rating 2.5 - 3.0

INTERMEDIATE: You've conquered the basics and feel ready for more. Improve consistency, make fewer mistakes and begin involving strategy and shot positioning. Play with similar players to work on all aspects of your game, especially placement and your footwork.
DUPR rating 2.8 - 3.6

ADVANCED: You're playing proper pickleball now. Fewer mistakes, greater consistency and need a challenge. Learn advanced strategy and positioning. Play with experienced and advanced players who will make you improve using depth, spin, shot placement and teamwork.
DUPR rating: 3.6 and up.

DUPR Sessions.
Open to all. We record the scores to generate and update any DUPR rating. Play in a round robin format with every player once.

Please wear eye protection whenever you play pickleball.
It's not worth the risk.

Solihull 1sts continued their 100% record in the Courtside league on Sunday. A weakened 2nd team will be in Div 2 next month after losing each match despite some excellent play.

We have limited places in our advanced session on Tuesday 25th August from 7pm to 9pm.
Suitable for 3.6 and above DUPR rating. £10 payable by Spond.

DUPR rating session for intermediate players on Thursday 27th August 5pm to 7pm. £10pp at Tudor Grange.

Your DUPR rating is an inducation of your current level, and a great way to measure your improvement.

Play 8 games against assorted opponenets and get your DUPR rating updated. All players must have a 6 character DUPR code and have joined our club via the DUPR app
