Hi all just so you know we have a visitor coming this Monday night for adults class. It is always good to see other instructors so I will periodically ask someone to come down so you can experience other instructors. Ian Grubb sensei has done aikido from a very early age and has loads to offer students of all ages. Please try and support this Monday. 😁
