Please can we remind all members, guests and visitors to follow our guidelines when using poolside facilities

Hydrate when using all facilities, specifically the sauna, steam room and whirlpool bath. There is a water dispenser at reception where you are more than welcome to top up your water bottle

Please limit your time whilst using the heated facilities. We recommend 15 minutes each time with a cool down period in between via the shower. Please do not overuse these facilities

Listen to your body, if you start to feel unwell at any point then please remove yourself from the heat and unsure you drink plenty of water. You can call for assistance from a member of staff with the red button located in the sauna, steam room, and the poolside itself by the sun loungers. If you become unwell in the changing rooms or gyms then please use the red button situated in both gyms, and the changing rooms.

If you need to make staff aware of any health conditions, then please do this before using poolside.

Know your limits, do not use poolside if you are feeling too unwell to do so.

Lets all work together to make sure this is a safe and comfortable place for everyone.
