There has been a real movement towards wellness, and quite rightly so.

We are recognising the benefits of looking after ourselves and in the fast paced world we live in it has never been more important.

The latest hydrotherapy research shows how regular hot tub use can support recovery, improve sleep, quality and reduce stress. This is science backed.

It’s just a dog......

Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Mishka.

Many of you will have met her and seen her around the shop — always eager to give a woof and enjoy a fuss.

We’re heartbroken, but we’ll keep going (as you do). Work helps, as it always does — and sometimes helping others helps us too.

This is a great layout. You can lie across the bench at the back and look at the view ❤️
