Meet Felix... the man who has the same plyometric capacity in his ankles as an African gazelle.
The boy can jump high. He also has a God-like Goatee at the age of 22, is an athlete within his own right and is an absolutely fantastic, very educated coach.
Felix has only been with us for 3 months but this guy has already become such a huge part of OakleyFit.
His expertise, attention to detail and work ethic is something that the entire team and community has championed him for.
He’s the type of coach who’s passion exudes itself. It’s obvious from the second you engage with Felix and was obvious the second we met him.
He WANTS to go the extra mile. He wants to be able to help the people in front of him every session and he wants to be the best coach he can be.
The time he’s been with us, he already knows everyone’s name and brings such a level of professionalism to every corner of OakleyFIT. His genuine care and passion for our community is inspiring, even when he programmes something a bit minging, he does so from a place of love 👀

Margaret got in contact through our Ad in 2025 and explained she wanted and felt she needed, to make a change.
At 62 years of age, Margaret has lost 10kg of body fat and is significantly stronger than when she joined. More so than a photo it will do justice. Well done Margaret! 👏🏻👏🏻

“Back in May this year (2025) I began my 6 week body transformation at Oakley Fit.
Well I am now five months in and I have signed up for another year. I feel absolutely fantastic. I’m stronger, as well as losing weight I’ve toned up.
The personal trainers are professional, supportive and friendly. They work with you to achieve your personal goals and more. I have met some amazing people at the classes and made many friends which has made working out a sociable event.
There are many classes to choose from throughout the day, I manage to go 3-4 times a week between work and family commitments.
Following a nutritional and calorie deficit plan which has been individualized by Tom, and workouts has improved my health and well-being immensely.
