Bank Holiday/ Grading forms
Afternoon all,
As usual tonight's class isn't on due to the bank holiday. Grading forms will be sent out later today via email to those eligible to grade on the 11th of May.
Attached bellow is a link for all grading sets for all students to reference if struggling. Reminder; Juniors require 1 grading set per belt, Adults 2 per belt. The student must also have a good understanding of the previous sets before. For example a junior going for Green belt would require a good understanding of technical sets 1,2 and 3 with little help and may need some assistance on 4.

Failing that, you can always google PMAS Grading sets and it will take you to the page with the videos required.
Going forward if any student either Adult or Junior has a friend or family member interested in joining I am offering a referral incentive. Meaning any new student that signs up at Sleaford that comes a referral from an existing student at the club, I will gift the existing student with a free £30 credit which can be used on future gradings, equipment or clothing. So please spread the word!!!

Grading Information - Pro Martial Arts Schools You And Your Gradings Pro Martial Arts Schools Kickboxing clubs teach a structured grading syllabus from your first class to Black Belt. At least one section of each class is dedicated to to the grading syllabus to ensure that you make good progress on your Kickboxing journey to Black Belt standard....
A huge congratulations to Freddie Francis on passing his Black Belt 1st Dan grading. So proud of you. Years of dedication to your training has got you to this point: well done and keep working hard!

Monday 30th March 2026…….Mine and Logan’s final evening after 14 years of instructing at PMAS Sleaford.
To say I was overwhelmed by the outpouring of love, the good wishes, the hugs, the cards and the generosity of gifts would be the understatement of the century!
Thank you to all my fabulous students and parents for your kind words, cards and gifts and for making my time with you so special and enjoyable; I will cherish these memories forever. Every Monday evening felt like I was visiting family🥰 I will truly miss each and everyone one of you so much.
Logan and I have been part of the PMAS organisation for 18 years and it has been a fabulous place to work. From my first training session under my very first instructor, Jackie Hunt, (who is now my sister from another mister) to all my wonderful fellow instructors and of course, to Mr Garreth Jones who put his faith in me and supported and guided me to become the instructor I am today, I thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️
To my fantastic coaching team, the success of the Sleaford club would not have been possible without your unwavering support; my words of thanks and gratitude will never be enough. You are worth your weight in gold. But, alas, I have no gold so I send you my love🥰
I leave the club in the safe hands of Myles Freestone who I’m sure will coach and guide you to reach your goals. Keep the Sleaford flag flying Myles!
I will watch with pride how you all continue to achieve all you aim for.
I hope to still be around in some way or another because PMAS is in my heart and soul, I may be leaving coaching but PMAS will never leave me! 🥊
