As we approach the 2026/27 season, Sleaford Town FC is now one year into Project 2028, our ambitious three-year journey to establish itself as a financially stable, competitive, and community-driven football club across all levels, including the Men’s First Team & Development, Women’s Team and Junior Squads.
Project 2028 outlines clear and unified objectives to strengthen our position within the footballing pyramid, improve infrastructure, deepen community ties and nurture a strong pathway for local talent. Through strong partnerships, fan engagement and a shared vision across the club, Sleaford Town FC is committed to rising together and thriving for years to come.
We are also proud to now have 24 junior teams, aligned with Sleaford Town Football Club, Sleaford Town Development, Sleaford Town Women, Sleaford Town Veterans and Sleaford Town Rangers - Sunday providing a clear pathway for all our juniors and strengthening the link to community football in Sleaford.
For too long, our club has operated as separate entities, with Men’s, Reserves, Women’s and Juniors each running independently, with little cohesion beyond the town we play in. Project 2028 is our vision to bring every team under one united structure, fostering a true club identity where every player, coach, and supporter feels part of something bigger.
By aligning our teams, resources and ambitions, we can build a stronger, more inclusive environment that champions development, community and long-term success.
This isn’t just about football, it’s about creating a culture where everyone belongs, from our youngest juniors to our first-team players.
