✨ MAMA & ME – NEW BLOCK ADDED! ✨

Looking for something just for you and your little one?

Join us from Monday 27th July at 9:30am – the perfect time to head over straight after the school run.

Our 6-week Mama & Me programme is designed for mums and babies (newborn–12 months), combining gentle fitness with quality bonding time in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Each session includes:
🤍 Gentle bodyweight exercises
🤍 Light resistance training using baby and equipment
🤍 Safe, postpartum-friendly movements
🤍 A welcoming community of local mums
🤍 The bigger your baby gets, the stronger you get – your little one becomes part of the workout! 💪👶

Whether you’re getting back into exercise, looking to meet other mums, or simply want to enjoy some dedicated time with your baby, we’d love to have you join us.

📅 Starts: Monday 27th July
🕘 Time: 9:30am (perfect after the school run!)
💷 Cost: £40 for the full 6-week course (non-refundable)
