We loved welcoming the fantastic Alex back for Yoga last week and would love to see you in our beautiful yoga suite this Wednesday at 6-7.30pm

A consecutive 4 week block is £25 or pay as you go £7.50 a session.

This is truly amazing value so spend some time just for you.

Early years SEND families- Tomorrow, Tuesday 22nd September- 11.30am-1pm

We're so excited to offer Early Years SEND families their own group session. We've been working with the wonderful Early Years SEND Team (Portage) across the last few Fridays and a lot of families have asked if there's a chance to come as a group. So we listened and we've added a twice monthly session. We're open to suggestion with times and duration but this side of Christmas we're able to subsidise the session to just £3 per child on a Tuesday 11.30-1pm. This session will be ran by Kerry (a lived experienced volunteer who's also a SEND mum). She'll bring her calmness, empathy and ear to these sessions.

We can't wait to welcome you tomorrow!

A week ago our amazing Senses supporter and mum to Nell ran 13.1 miles for us! She trained exceptionally hard and yesterday admitted that mile 11 was def the toughest part (there’s a hill!). Zoe dropped off £735 for Senses! We’ll take a bit of time allocating it to where it’ll be used best and report back. In the meantime we’d like to congratulate Zoe, say thanks to all her family and friends for the wonderful level of support you’ve shown to her and us. Forever grateful 🙏
