Everyone gets the opportunity to shine and grow at their own rate.

Zelie did an amazing job at her first attempt at taking warm up.

She has gone from a very shy and nervous little girl to growing so much in confidence. Has it been easy no it has not.
Has she wanted to quit? Yes she has!
But she has pushed through and is now growing stronger with every session.
Looking forward to seeing her journey progress further.

From little Ninja age 3 to main class warm ups watch this space for her journey.

Why not get your child involved or even come as a family and build stronger relationships.

Well done Anouk star of the class for Little Ninjas. You pushed through and showed amazing resilience for your age.

Ninjas learnt BSL colours tonight for their game at the end. Rudi, Matilda and Helena did amazing with recognising the signs.

Main class Dalton had his first go at warm up taking. This was a massive step but he rose the the challenge with support from one of our junior leaders Sam. Fantastic try Dolton and excellent work Alex taking the senior group tonight, while i worked with David in preparation for his Dan grading in December.

Keep up the hard work everyone.

True strength is continuing to be open to learning.

I maybe be a instructor and black belt but i can and do still learn things from my juniors and continue to pursue knowledge to develop the group.

Never be too arrogant to keep learning. Humility and positive attitude to keeping learning is the key to life, not just martial arts.

We believe in developing strong training for instructors and seniors.

This weekend 10 of our senior team went down to Watford to gain further knowledge from senior master.

We are very lucky, as not only do we get this once a year we get monthly training from our region 2 lead Master Tang 8th Dan and his senior masters.

Plus coaching and safeguarding training courses for our instructors.

Proud to say some of the above started as little ninjas and our now part of our amazing senior team.
