Huge congratulations to Abbie, Ryan, David, Debra, Brian and Rob for smashing the Great North Run in the North East yesterday. Fantastic running from all of you at such as iconic half marathon.

Special mention to Abbie and Rob for running the event in aid of The Rainbow Hub Northwest, a charity based in Mawdesley that helps improve the lives of children and offer vital support the families of young people with physical disabilities as a result of neurological brain injuries.

A huge well done to our SRC ladies Jo, Dani, Ange, Jane and Carrie who took on the BTR Women’s 10K at Sefton Park, Liverpool, yesterday!

The Women’s 10K is a fantastic celebration of women in running, bringing runners together in a supportive and empowering atmosphere where every pace is welcomed. This year’s event saw 872 women complete the 10K, as part of a combined field of 1,149 across the 10K and 5K.

What an achievement ladies. 💚
