Every Wednesday we’ll spend the first hour getting stuck into games, drama, improvisation and script work, all designed to build confidence, raise self-esteem, encourage teamwork and develop communication skills that children can take with them into school, home, friendships and the wider world.

Then, for those who fancy a little more…

🎭 5.30–6.30pm SHOW TIME! 🎭

We’ll spend the second hour working towards our summer production (TOP SECRET for now… 👀🤫) - keep your eyes peeled for more info

You can join us for one hour or both:

⭐ £7 for one hour
⭐ £12 for both hours

WE'RE GROWING... AND WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE SPECIAL! 🎶🎤🎭👀👯‍♀️

Glasshouse Mini is looking for an enthusiastic Singing / Musical Theatre Coach to join our friendly team from September.

Following an exciting new chapter for our drama classes, we're looking for someone who loves inspiring young people through music and singing.

🎤 Wednesday evenings (term time)
📍 Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury
⏰ 1–2 hours per week

I'm a drama teacher with over 20 years' experience, and I'm looking for someone to work alongside me, bringing singing and musical theatre to complement our confidence-building drama sessions.

We're looking for someone who:

🎭Loves working with children and young people
🎤Can teach singing in a fun, encouraging way
🎵Is reliable, enthusiastic and creative
🎹Can accompany on the piano (a huge bonus, but not essential!)

If you're passionate about helping young people grow in confidence through the performing arts, I'd love to hear from you.

Let’s hear it for our Maxis 👏

Aged 7-11 these guys help and encourage each other in a way that would put most adults to shame

Their understanding, patience, support, and sense of fun is amazing. Our Maxi sessions are always full of giggles and silliness as well as creativity, teamwork and hard work

There’s only a few Maxis - and they’re all from different areas and go to different schools, including some who are home educated. But they have one thing in common - being a Maxi - and they all take it very seriously

Our Maxis are pushed a little more as they grow older and head towards our Teens class… but they all handle everything that’s thrown at them

You can see their confidence building week on week and it’s a joy to witness

If your child is aged between 7 and 11 and is looking for a safe and comfortable environment where they can be free and completely themselves - the Glasshouse Mini is the place to be
