Today the woman’s 4’s played Oswestry school. Displaying some great hockey ending in a 1-1 draw.

At the weekend, some of the ladies visited the Move Clinic for a fantastic women’s health talk hosted by Gwen. They also had the opportunity to have a go at some Judo, followed by testing ahead of the new season.

The ladies’ section are incredibly excited to have the support of Move this season, with a focus on women’s health, injury prevention, and learning how to properly fuel and look after their bodies. We’re looking forward to working together and seeing the benefits throughout the season!
