Hi everyone, back to Zumba tomorrow and Monday as usual!

I have an op next Friday 2nd so I am going to have to cancel that day and the whole of the week after!

I hope to be back after this on the 12th! But I will keep you updated 😊

Adult British Gymnastics Championships 2026 🤸‍♀️

After being injured at the beginning of the year and focusing on Hyrox, I didn’t expect much at all, but I am over the moon with how this went, I couldn’t have asked for much more, and I had a great few days with my amazing team! ❤️🤸‍♀️

WAG: 5th Overall (2nd Beam) 💫
TUM: 6th Overall and 3rd Team 🥉
TRA: 6th Overall 💫
ACRO: 2nd Pair and 2nd Team 🥈

First Hyrox solo complete - Berlin 26 🇩🇪

Something I never would have dreamed of a year ago!

Having these amazing people to support me was what got me through!

A huge thank you to for the constant support and reassurance, even after me telling you I could never do a hyrox! To .spears7341 for being an absolute Hyrox machine and legend and great supporter! With forever putting up with the nerves and everything, but always encouraging me! ❤️

Obviously an extra special shoutout to who got me ready for this, and was there to watch even after racing herself ❤️

Let’s not forget meeting the incredible Mr PMA 🎉

Hyrox Cardiff 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

First time out there together, carrying some injuries! Not an impressive time, but we both took a 50/50 split and enjoyed the race! It was a tough course!
