Our next trial session is on Friday 17th July, at 6:15 pm.

During your induction session, you will be given a brief history of the club, learn the track rules, then have a 30-40 min fun taster session with one of our qualified Coaches.

We are proud to be supporting the Get Berkshire Active This Girl Can Festival at Palmer Park on 14 July - a day designed by women, for women! 💪✨

Alongside other free taster sessions in dance, fitness and wellbeing support, our very own coach Kerri will be leading a walk, jog and flow session on the track at 1pm on the day. This is designed to enjoy fresh air and move in a way that feels good for you 😊

Entries are now live for our third and final event of the season – 1 mile Race Night!

Following on from our successful 5k and 3k events, we’re back with another evening of fast, fun racing.

👟 Co-hosted by Reading Roadrunners & Reading AC. Open to any EA affiliated running club members.

🔥 Multiple races for a wide range of abilities
🏅 UKA licensed (Power of 10 accredited)
🤝 Perfect chance to meet fellow runners, maybe even chase a PB

Last night, our Summer Relays returned - the watches were off, pace predictions were mixed...

A mix of bold, baffling and occasionally brilliant guesses on a Tuesday evening raised well over £500 for our club charity Chemogiftbags 👏
