THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER…
After what feels like a very long wait, we’re finally heading towards our first home game of the 2026/27 season — and what a way to get started!

Orrell RUFC 1XV welcome Leigh RUFC to Winstanley College for our first home fixture of the season. 🖤💛

MINI & JUNIOR TRAINING

The new season might not officially get underway until October, but the preparation has already begun!

Our Mini & Junior players are back on the pitch, developing their skills, learning, improving and, most importantly, enjoying their rugby as we build towards what promises to be a great new season at Orrell RUFC.

A big welcome to all our new players joining us this week — we hope you enjoy your session and quickly feel part of the Orrell family!

And remember, we always welcome new players — whether you've played rugby before, played a bit of league, or simply fancy trying something new, getting active and making some new friends. There's a place for you at Orrell! 🏉

A special mention to all our returning players — it's fantastic to see you back on the pitch, continuing to develop your rugby, build your skills and make progress as you work towards the new season.

And a particular shout-out to our U7s & U8s, who are already showing fantastic enthusiasm and enjoyment — and it's only their third week! 👏🏉
