The Exiles Sheffield

The Exiles Sheffield HEMA group train in the Historical European Martial Art of Fiore dei Liberi.

The Syllabus includes unarmed, dagger, longsword and polearm combat. The Exiles offer training in Historical Europoean Martial Arts (HEMA) focusing on Fiore dei Liberi. The system includes;

- Unarmed Striking and Grappling
- Dagger attack and defence
- Longsword in one and two hands
- Poleaxe and Spear Weapons
