The hard work in our Engine classes has definitely been paying off, building the fitness, endurance and resilience needed to push through every station.

And they had a 1:10 finish!! Amazing work 💨

Big Dave smashed a 1:25 half marathon this weekend! 🔥

He joined us to get faster, knowing it takes more than just running. Now he’s running his lowest mileage ever, but is faster than ever.

A regular at 6am and a Thursday Engine class legend.
